Additionally, we ensure that our experts participate in ongoing professional development to ensure that their practise is informed by the most recent research and complies to rigorous National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines and other applicable criteria.

Safety, quality and compliance

All providers of healthcare, specialised services, and social care have an obligation to strive for excellence and to find opportunities for improvement in their services. Our commitment is to provide the highest possible levels of safety, quality, care, treatment, and education to the individuals we serve. Additionally, we are obligated by law to explain how we carry out this commitment in practise and to demonstrate our ability to maintain consistently high standards across all of our services.

Numerous regulatory organisations oversee our industry:

  • The Care Quality Commission (CQC), which assesses the quality of health and adult social care services in England.

  • Ofsted inspects and supervises services that provide care for children and adolescents, as well as those that provide education to learners of all ages.
  • Authority for Regulation and Quality Improvement (RQIA)
  • Inspectorate of Social Services (Scotland)
  • Scotland’s Healthcare Improvement (HIS)
  • Wales’s Care and Social Services Inspectorate (CSSIW)
  • Wales’s Health Inspectorate (HIW)
