Our commitment is to provide the highest possible levels of safety, quality, care, treatment, and education to the individuals we serve. Additionally, we are obligated by law to explain how we carry out this commitment in practise and to demonstrate our ability to maintain consistently high standards across all of our services.

Numerous regulatory organisations oversee our industry:

  • Ofsted inspects and supervises services that provide care for children and adolescents, as well as those that provide education to learners of all ages.
  • Authority for Regulation and Quality Improvement (RQIA)
  • Inspectorate of Social Services (Scotland)
